I hope you all have wonderful Christmas celebrations with your loved ones. Off to let my inner mexicana out for a carnitas filled Christmas Eve (including cowboy caviar!). Then it's Santa Cruz for a traditional Christmas Day dinner. Best of both worlds and lots of loved ones to hug.
